"〜も" means "〜,too" or "also"
彼(かれ)は花（はな）が好(す)きです。
He likes flower.
私(わたし)も花が好きです。

"〜で"：
(1) "〜" can be a method or material. (by using 〜)
(2) "〜" can be a place of action. (at 〜)
学校(がっこう)で勉強(べんきょう)します。
I study at school.
(3) "〜" can be a reason of action. (because of 〜, due to 〜)
病気（びょうき）で授業（じゅぎょう）を休(やす)みました。
I was absent from the class because of illness.
